New Build – Hounslow

After this home was destroyed in a gas explosion PAH were appointed to rebuild this Victorian home to modern standards. A very unusual project building 1 of 5 terraced homes that existed previously, this was done on an exceptionally tight site on a busy main junction and was certainly a challenging proposition needing careful planning and tight control of materials. Finished on time and to budget the client and insurers were extremely satisfied with the result.
